EFEITOS DA MOBILIZAÇÃO NO TRATAMENTO DE PACIENTE COM CAPSULITE ADESIVA: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Introduction: Adhesive capsulitis ("frozen shoulder") is characterized by pain and a progressive loss of active passive range shoulder movement. In physiotherapy, several resources are being used to treat it. However, high-quality randomized controlled trials systematic reviews have supported the effectiveness joint mobilization. Objective: To evaluate effects mobilizations in treatment patients with adhesive literature review. Methodology: This review study. The survey was carried out September 2022, we selected  articles English, Portuguese Spanish, published period 2017 2021in following databases: PEDro, PubMed Google Scholar. As creteria for inclusion, it descriptors “physiotherapy”, “adhesive capsulitis”, “manual therapy” Boolean operator “AND”.  It found 20 8 them were selected. Results discussions: present study analyzes mobilization techniques such as Mulligan, Maitland Kaltenborn, associated or not other resources. They had points analysis: pain, motion functionality. Evaluated through Visual Analog Scale, Goniometry Shoulder Pain Disability Index. All showed positive results at analysis. comparative studies emphasized superiority Mulligan technique relation others. Final Considerations: Literature proves capsulitis, reducing increasing gaining functionality.   &nbsp
